Valerie - Mom Of 2
I’ve subscribed to so many newsletters, but this is the only one I actually read every week. It’s short, real, and always gives me something I can do right away to make my day easier. Dear Mamas has become my little weekly reset.
Patty - Mom Of 3
Dear Mama,
I know what it feels like to be searching. To be awake at 2 a.m. with a baby in your arms, scrolling through TikToks, listening to podcasts, or flipping through books, hoping to find the answer to just one more question about sleep, feeding, tantrums, or development. I’ve been there and not just once, but over and over again.
When I became a mom, I made it my mission to learn. I poured countless hours into studying child development, the science of the brain, the art of nurturing, and the wisdom passed down from mothers before us. I read the books, I listened to the experts, I dove into research until my head was full.
But beyond all the research, what I craved most was encouragement the reminder that even in the hard moments, I was doing enough. I wanted something that could remind me I wasn’t walking this journey alone.
That’s why I created Dear Mamas. Every letter you’ll find here is written to encourage you, to share the things I’ve learned, and to remind you of the beauty in this sacred calling. You’ll find reflections from my own journey, research simplified into practical takeaways, and notes that bring your heart back to the truth: you are not alone, and you are more capable than you realize.
Motherhood was never meant to be walked alone. My hope is that when you read Dear Mamas, it feels like sitting down with a trusted friend who understands, encourages, and lifts you up. From my home and my heart , from Zion’s mama to you, welcome. I’m so grateful you’re here.
xoxo,
You got this, mama
